Who is responsible

What we process
Emails you send us. If you write to contact@adversaria.dev, we process your email address, your name if you give it, your message and our reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and contracts, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

Website delivery
This is a static website with no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no forms, delivered through Cloudflare. As with any website, your browser's requests disclose technical data such as IP address and user agent, which Cloudflare may process in technical logs to deliver and secure the site.

Engagement data
If you become a client, the engagement letter governs processing of project data. By default: data stays in the EU, is used only to deliver the engagement, is never used to train models, and is deleted or returned at matter closure.

Retention
Inquiries: deleted on request or 12 months after our last reply, whichever first. Engagement records: kept as required by commercial and tax law (currently 6–10 years under Spanish law).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to contact@adversaria.dev. You may also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
